Course overview
This course will provide the students with the knowledge they will need in Canadian immigration and refugee law. The course will cover the various government regulations dealing with admissibility, citizenship, refugees, enforcement and appeals. All of the principle areas of procedures and policies will be reviewed. Through case studies and interactive lectures the students will be engaged to apply their learned skills.The objective of this program is to provide you with training across all mandatory areas of immigration consulting practice. You will cover theoretical knowledge and the practical skills required for a career working in a legal firm or to start your own immigration consulting practice.
